At WATERSROADS.HOMES, customer satisfaction is important to us.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Hygiene-related products where applicable
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
